Inverter Display Chiller
A glass-door display chiller range in 1, 2 and 3 door models, holding +2 to +8°C with an inverter compressor and R290 refrigerant for lower running costs.
The Berjaya CKE Inverter Display Chiller is built for cafés, hotels and retail counters that need chilled stock on view and held at a safe +2 to +8°C without running up the power bill. The range spans 1, 2 and 3 doors, each available in black, white or stainless steel body finishes. Every model pairs an inverter technology with double-layer Low-E glass and R290 refrigerant, cutting energy use well below a standard model of the same size.

The Inverter Display Chiller holds +2 to +8 degrees Celsius across all six models, which is the correct band for displaying and storing chilled food safely.
What is R290 refrigerant and why does it matter?
R290 is a natural hydrocarbon refrigerant with a very low global warming potential compared with older synthetic gases. Berjaya CKE uses R290 across the Inverter Display Chiller range, keeping it ahead of refrigerant phase-down rules in Malaysia.
What does the inverter technology actually change day to day?
It varies its speed with the load instead of switching on and off at full power. In practice that means a lower starting current, a quieter shopfloor, steadier holding temperatures and lower energy consumption than a fixed-speed equivalent.
How many shelves and how much storage does each door size offer?
The 1-door model comes with 5 shelves and 404 litres gross volume, the 2-door model with 10 shelves and 882 litres, and the 3-door model with 15 shelves and 1367 litres, so you can match capacity to counter space.
What power supply does the display chiller need?
The Inverter Display Chiller runs on 220-230V single-phase power at 50 or 60 Hz, standard for commercial kitchen electrical setups in Malaysia, so no special supply is needed.
What happens if the display area is humid?
The chiller is rated for humidity up to 75% and is recommended for air-conditioned spaces. If ambient humidity runs higher, optional glass door heaters can be switched on to stop condensation forming on the glass.
