This bain-marie is perfect for commercial use! It’s made of tough stainless steel and features an easy, thermostatically controlled temperate range, making it a great choice for busy restaurants, cafes, and caterers.
It comes supplied without a food pan, so you can choose the size that best suits your needs. You can choose between 3 full-size or 6 half-size food pan. This Bain Marie is also available in various food pan sizes up to 21 half sizes. Plus, it has a wattage of 3000 and weighs between 38kg and 77kg.
- Made of stainless steel & easy thermostatically controlled.
- The Advance Type comes with a Water level sound alert and heater control. The heater will auto-cut off when the water level reaches its lowest level, an alarm will sound to alert you.
- Supply without food pan.
